INÉ offers an 8 seater omakase, chef’s menu, experience as well as a 30 seater a la carte dining experience offering contemporary Japanese dishes such as octopus karaage, wagyu sando and more.
At the festival, enjoy 4 signature dishes which showcase the contemporary flavours of the restaurant. Each dish contains a traditional ingredient but has an added culinary twist to it.
